M.H DRIVE (SASU, registered Nanterre 822858429), operating the Glide Paris brand, is the controller of the personal data collected via glideparis.fr. For any question about your data, write to contact@glideparis.fr. Full legal information is on our legal notice page.

When you book a ride: name, email address, phone number, trip details (locations, date, time, number of passengers) and payment information. Payment is handled by our provider Stripe: we never store your card numbers.

When you browse: if you consent, analytics data (page views, traffic source, device, country, interactions) via Google Analytics 4. No analytics data is collected until you accept it through our consent banner.

• To manage your booking and deliver the service: legal basis = performance of the contract.
• To send booking-related emails (confirmation, invoice): performance of the contract.
• To measure traffic and improve the site: legal basis = your consent (withdrawable at any time).

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Stripe (payment), Supabase (database), Brevo (email delivery), Vercel (hosting) and Google Analytics (analytics). Your data is never sold.

The site does not use analytics cookies without your consent. The consent banner lets you accept or decline; if you decline, no Google Analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice by clearing the site data in your browser.

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service, then for the applicable legal period (notably accounting). Analytics data is kept in line with Google Analytics settings (at most 14 months).

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email contact@glideparis.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
